We feel that once a product is opened and you have looked through it, used a few ideas… the decision has been made to keep it. All other items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Items are returned at the customer’s own cost. Postage and packing charges will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed by us. An administration charge of 5% will be deducted from the selling price of the goods. 12.1 If you would like to return something to be exchanged, please return the product unopened and well packaged, with details of the product it is to be exchanged for. We will send you an email to let you know when we have received your parcel back and that your exchange is on its way back to you! Should there be a difference to pay, please enclose payment details with your returned goods. Any credit due will be refunded to you. You are responsible for payment of the postage charges both ways. We cannot exchange opened and/or used goods.
