Payment Options


We accept cards, cheques, and cash for personal customers.

We offer a secure online payment facility with Protx, so you can be sure that your details and transaction will be safe and hassle free.  If you would prefer not to send your card payment details through our website facility, please proceed in the usual way with placing your order, then, when asked to submit payment details, select phone, fax or postal option.  Follow the on screen instructions to complete your order and then forward details to us in the preferred way, clearly stating your order reference number, your contact details and payment details. 

For paying by card over the telephone or by fax:  please make sure you have the following details to hand: the card number, expiry date, (issue number and valid from date if shown – ie for Switch cards), CVC (last 3 numbers printed on the signature strip), name as printed on the card, issuing bank name, address that the card is registered to and delivery address (if different to your registered address), your order reference number (from the printout copy if you have one).

For payment by cheque: please make cheque payable to “thrive floristry” and forward to:  Thrive Floristry, Orchard House, Coney Weston, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, IP31 1HG.  Please ensure you write you order reference number on the back of the cheque, along with your card no, expiry date and cheque guarantee amount.  Please also enclose a printout copy of your order. 
We only accept cheques in UK sterling.

All orders that have been placed in this way will be held for a maximum of 3 working days, (unless you contact us to advise otherwise) and then cancelled, to avoid unwanted orders and stock being tied up unnecessarily.
