Delivery
We aim to send gift vouchers, whether requested as an e-voucher or posted in the regular mail, out the same day, but definitely within two working days, unless you have specified a particular delivery date beyond this. If posted and over the value of £30, the vouchers will be sent out by special delivery, so the recipient should receive them by 1pm the following day. They will need to sign for the Gift Vouchers, should there be no one in, Royal Mail will leave a card with further instructions. Gift Vouchers required for delivery the next working day are possible, but please call us directly to confirm and arrange this.
Spending thrive Gift Vouchers
If you have been given a “Thrive Gift Voucher” and would like to use it to pay for your order (or part of) it’s easy. On your voucher you should have a reference number. If not, please contact us. Place your order and when at the payment option, select “Gift Voucher”, type in your reference number and follow the on-screen instructions. The amount should be credited straight away and the balance (if any) will be shown and can be paid in the usual manner.
Please be aware that if your voucher is part of a special offer or promotion it may have some terms – for example £10.00 off when you spend over £100; an end of offer date; etc, so please ensure that you have spent the minimum required, or by the appropriate date or it will show as an error on the page.
