Delivery
Orders over £50.00 are delivered free of charge within the UK mainland.
We will do our best to process and arrange delivery of orders within two working days of receipt, when payment has been approved. We have a wide range of products in stock at all times to enable immediate despatch, however, should we be awaiting delivery ourselves, please allow up to 30 days to complete your order. If you have ordered more than one item and part of your order is out of stock, we will usually send out part orders, but reserve the right to wait for the whole order to be available (depending on the expected stock in date), at our own discretion. You will be charged one delivery charge and only for the items as and when they are despatched until your order is complete. Normally we will send the order in one package.
Should you wish for your order to be despatched on or for a certain date, please either email us with your request, or put your info in the comments box on the payment page.
Should the item(s) that you’ve ordered be for a gift, we can also gift wrap them nicely prior to packing for you. Please let us know in the comments box, stating occassion. Gift wrapping is £1.50 per item and includes seperate postage of your paperwork (to UK address).
Our products are sent out (within the UK) by Royal Mail or Courier (depending on the weight of the parcel).
We are happy to ship orders worldwide. If you are a customer from overseas, please select your product to your basket in the usual manner, and when checking out select the worldwide postage option. You will pay for the goods only at this stage and shipping will be calculated. We will email you the shipping costs and when confirmed your payment and order will be authorised and despatched. Otherwise, you may prefer to email your order to us so we can ascertain your shipping cost & options before hand.
