

For our own workshops, a non refundable fee of £50 is required upon booking your workshop place. For the International Designer workshop the booking fee is £150, which is also non-refundable. The balance of the course is due 14 days prior to the workshop date. Should you need to cancel your place and have paid in full, we can only offer you a 50% refund of the course fees. Alternatively, should you prefer, we will endeavour to transfer your booking to another course of your choice, assuming we have places and enough prior notice to physically achieve this. Any additional balance will be required by return. We reserve the right to cancel any course in the event of any exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, in which case, all monies received will be refunded in full. We also reserve the right to change the date of a course if circumstances necessitate.
All fees are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%. Flower, foliage, accessories and sundries are included in the specified price, unless otherwise shown, along with a light lunch and refreshments. You may like to bring along some additional accessories or sundries of your choice to make your work more individual and personal to you. You will be required to provide your own workbox with all the essentials (including wires – both stub and reel wires, plain & decorative), but we can provide the basics for you if you prefer, at a nominal cost. We will have stock of other sundries that you can also purchase from us on the day. We will forward exact workbox requirements on receipt of the final balance.
We understand and realise it is important for you to extend your portfolio and we like to help in this way too, so you are very welcome to take photographs whilst on a course, however, we request that you only use your own designs for your own promotional use. Photographs of designers work – whether Claire or a guest designers are not permitted to be used in any persons portfolios and/or promotional use. Video cameras are not permitted.
Thrive members are entitled to 10% discount off their own course fees. Please note that discount is only permissible to fully paid members booking courses for themselves. It is not allowable for course places booked for any other person, and who is not a member.
